Good Morning from Stage 4 of the UAE Tour

The Dubai Stage features 174km of riding from Al Shindagha to Dubai Harbour and is expected to end in a bunch sprint.

Al Shindagha (Dubai), 23 February 2023 – Good morning from Stage 4 of the 2023 UAE Tour, organised by Abu Dhabi Sports Council and taking place from 20-26 February – the one and only UCI WorldTour race in the Middle East. The Dubai Stage features 174km of riding from Al Shindagha to Dubai Harbour and is expected to end in a bunch sprint, so expect to see the fastest finishers in the bunch battling it out for the stage victory.

The peloton, 137 riders strong, passed km 0 at 12:37. Did not start bib nr 154 – Frederik Rodenberg Madsen (Team DSM).

THE ROUTE
Stage 4: Al Shindagha – Dubai Harbour (174 KM)

The Dubai Stage departs from Shindagha and skirts the edge of the city before entering the desert and touching on classic stopover locations such as Al Qudra Cycle Track and Expo City Dubai. It then arrives at the Palm Jumeirah on Crescent Road before returning to the base of The Palm, and Dubai Harbour. The entire route winds along very wide, straight roads interspersed with large roundabouts.

Last kms
The finish straight is on a wide, well-surfaced avenue.
